Interested in joining Trans CARE Collaborative?
Students and community members both are integral parts of the Trans CARE Collaborative. We provide training to collaborative members in research methods and scientific writing. Additionally, all incoming collaborative members have the opportunity to receive mentorship from someone in the collaborative. The mentoring program provides space and structure for new members to ask questions, share ideas, and seek feedback. Mentors help new members by sharing their experiences, providing helpful information about career and educational opportunities, and facilitating a relationship characterized by trust and respect. All incoming collaborative members are welcome to request a specific mentor.
